Withdraw with Tigo

Log in your account
Click on withdraw

Select Tigo mobile money
Put the amount you are withdrawing

Click Withdraw
The amount will be credited on your mobile money account

Withdraw with Vodacom

Log in your account
Click on withdraw

Select Vodacom mobile money
Put the amount you are withdrawing

Click Withdraw
The amount will be credited on your mobile money account

Withdraw with USSD

Type the withdraw amount and your account password.
Withdrawal code has been sent to your mobile device, Please check your mobile messaging
Dial *148*53#
Select (3) Online Withdraw
Enter withdrawal code sent to your mobile device
Confirm and check for the transaction confirmation SMS

MAX. WITHDRAW AMOUNT PER TRANSACTION: 3.000.000 TSH

Withdraw in Shop

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on the “Withdrawal” menu item (at “My Account” area).
3. Choose “SHOP”.

4. Type your request withdrawal amount and re-type your password, then press “Withdraw”.
5. You will receive a SMS with withdraw code.
6. Go to the nearest shop, ask the cashier to redeem your withdraw code, do not forget to bring your withdraw code with you.
7. Note: please remember your user id and the withdraw amount as a security questions.
