1 – Log on to our website www.gsb.co.tz

2 – Click on Join

3 – Enter your phone number for registration

4 – Fill in the password, it should be at least 8 digits. Use a letters and numbers combination.

7 – Accept the Terms and Conditions

8 – Finally, click Sign In.

NOTE: You will receive a verification code as a message on your phone; Enter those codes to verify your account

Withdraw in Shop

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on the “Withdrawal” menu item (at any place at “My Account” area).
3. Choose “SHOP”.
4. Type your request withdrawal amount and re-type your password, then press “Complete Withdraw”.
5. Check your email, you must receive an email with withdraw code.
6. Go to the nearest shop, ask the cashier to redeem your withdraw code, do not forget to bring your withdraw code with you.
7. Note: please remember your user id and the withdraw amount as a security questions.
