Kindly check your mobile phone for activation code. If you did not receive it, kindly login to your account, go top my account, you will be able to see an option for resending the code to your mobile phone again.

● Click login
● Click and enter your registered phone number.
● You will be able to see forgot my password section
● Click on it
● Click send
● We shall send you a 5 digit code which you will use to reset a new password.

Login to your account & Click on My Profile

 

Click on Edit Profile

 

Click on Change Password, Complete the fields and click Change Password

 

You successfully changed your password!

If your transaction has been successful and you still don’t see the it credited in your account, please send ys a screenshot of the confirmation message from your mobile money operator, including the transaction ID to [email protected]

  • Click on My Profile button (yellow button at the top)
  • You will find you User name and your User ID at the top of the profile page.
